Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Yiu CPA is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the strict accessibility standard yet, but no critical blockers or hard errors currently prevent site usage.
Current Technical Details & Known Issues
While we strive for complete accessibility, we are aware of a few minor technical limitations on our homepage that we are actively working to resolve:
Visual Contrast: Some text elements across the navigation menu and primary headers may temporarily feature a low color contrast ratio, which can impact readability for users with low vision.
Heading Structure: There is a minor structural inconsistency in the heading hierarchy where a heading level is skipped (jumping to a secondary sub-header), which we are re-indexing to ensure smooth navigation for screen readers.
Redundant Links: A few adjacent or hidden links point to the same destination URL. We are streamlining these to improve keyboard and screen reader efficiency.
