Mary Yiu is the Founder and CEO of Yiu CPA, a leading professional services firm based in Houston, Texas. With over two decades of extensive public accounting experience—including tenure at Big Four firms—Mary has established a consistent record of client success, navigating complex financial landscapes for both private and publicly held multinational corporations.

Prior to founding Yiu CPA in 2016, Mary held pivotal leadership roles, including serving as a Tax Manager at Briggs & Veselka Co. (now Crowe LLP) and as a Tax Partner at TPS Thayer CPA. Her expertise spans beyond traditional tax compliance to include high-level advisory in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational strategy.
